Do you ship internationally?
Yep! Whether you're in Dublin, Denver, or the middle of a muddy field, we’ll get your hat to you.
Can I return or exchange?
Because our hats are made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size — but if something’s incorrect or damaged, we’ll absolutely sort it. Just drop us a message and we’ll handle it like the sparkle-powered customer service goblins we are.
How long will my order take?
Our hats are made to order — we don’t like waste or boring warehouses. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time depends on where you are (but we'll keep you updated every step of the way).
How do I find my size?
Our hats come in 3 sizes: XS, S/M, L/XL - so you can find your perfect fit.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
